Jennifer Granchi is a former CPA and earned a full-time MBA at Vanderbilt. On almost a whim, she leaped into recruiting in 2014 and has never looked back. She has found her true passion now.
As a career coach and advisory, Jen works in partnership with executives and management to identify real talent needs, match values with career choices, gain more self-awareness, map out career trajectories, explore career options, overcome obstacles, and set goals with accountability. These are the steps that lead to successful leadership, change, and transition in a career. Her straight forward but kind and genuine approach are valued by candidates at all levels.
