Jennifer Granchi is an inactive CPA & an inactive CIA; she also earned a full-time MBA at Vanderbilt. On almost a whim, she leaped into recruiting in 2014 and has never looked back. Jen saw a gap in how the recruiting industry was effectively run and found her true passion in helping companies find “the one” & coaching job seekers, ultimately helping them to land their ideal position.
As a career coach and advisor, Jen works in partnership with job seekers to identify real talent needs, match values with career choices, gain more self-awareness, map out career trajectories, explore career options, overcome obstacles, and set goals with accountability. These are the steps that lead to successful leadership, change, and transition in a career. Her straightforward but kind and genuine approach is valued by candidates at all levels. She has a novel approach to coaching candidates on preparing their resumes to be clear and concise. She also has a strong formula for prepping candidates for interviews that includes tools to improve mindset, nailing interview questions, appropriate communication, candidate pitches, & closing interviews successfully.
Jen partners with hiring executives and management when they are building their team, facing challenges in setting up the right team, or replacing people who have left with top talent in the market. She can fill roles efficiently and effectively by managing her process and understanding your needs thoroughly. She meets candidates face-to-face, in person or over video, and builds deep relationships with both clients and candidates, which translates into higher than market success rates. She is very process driven; after all, she is a former auditor. She won't just fire resumes and see what sticks, but rather, she partners with you every step of the way, helping you manage the toughest of hurdles in hiring the best talent for YOUR team with speed, so that you have access to the best candidates before they go to your competitors.
